Roundmark: Three Weeks From First Commit to Live

Design feedback from clients arrives as annotated screenshots, marked-up PDFs and 'the button on the left, no, the other left' emails. I wanted a tool where a client clicks the live site itself and the comment lands exactly there, on the right viewport, in real time. Existing tools either cost too much for small studios or stop at static images.

Roundmark loads a live URL in an iframe, or falls back to a Playwright-captured full-page screenshot when a site refuses to be framed, and stores every pin as viewport percentages so comments survive any screen size. A BullMQ queue handles screenshot capture and PDF exports in the background.
