Founder Built: A Funnel That Practices What It Preaches
The challenge
Founder Built sells a four-week program that teaches non-technical founders to build software with AI. A landing page making that promise has to be its own proof, so I built the whole funnel the same way I teach it: AI-first, from copy to code. It needed a lead magnet, a quiz, a blog and payments, live fast, with no off-the-shelf funnel software.
The build
The site is a static Orbit CMS build on Cloudflare Pages with a scroll-scrubbed hero video and self-hosted fonts. The lead magnet is a 21-page PDF field guide gated behind Orbit lead capture, generated straight from an HTML source file.
- A 10-question quiz that generates a downloadable CLAUDE.md project brief
- 12 blog posts seeded on a drip schedule with client-side publish dates
- Stripe checkout wired for the 997 euro program
- Quiz logic covered by a runnable Node test against the real page script
The results
thefounderbuilt.com is live end to end: quiz to brief, email to field guide, Stripe to program. Leads land in the Orbit CRM, blog posts publish themselves on schedule, and the whole build doubles as the case study I show prospective students. The funnel practices exactly what the program preaches.
